Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga has never shied away from telling the love story between him and his wife Ida Odinga whether publicly or privately.
In an interview posted online, Raila once again demonstrated that he not only loves his wife but also really knows her likes and dislikes.
In the interview dubbed Riding with Raila, asked what would he buy for Ida if he was to choose between a flower and chocolate, Raila said he would prefer to buy a flower over chocolate.

The former premier explained that he would buy flowers because that those are Ida's most preferred gifts.
On what colour of flowers that Ida loves, Raila revealed that his wife prefers the red ones explaining that red is her favourite colour.
"She (Ida) loves flowers... And she loves red colour," he said.
In the same interview, Raila also disclosed his favourite delicacies. He revealed that he prefers dry fry fish to wet fish.
Raila, however, noted that he won't mind having wet fish noting that he can only eat them depending on how they are cooked.
"I would prefer dry fry fish generally but at times I also love wet fish depending on how it is cooked.
"My mum knew how to cook fish very well, she knew for example how to identify fresh fish, where to touch to know whether the fish is fresh or not. Once selected the fish, she knew how to prepare it," Raila said.
