Several police officers were on Wednesday morning arrested after a scuffle with Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) detectives in Kisumu County.
The scuffle ensued when EACC detectives tried to arrest a traffic police officer over alleged bribery at the Mamboleo junction.
One of the traffic police officers is said to have opened fire to shoot the EACC officers but ended up wounding one his colleagues.
