Parklands MCA Jayendre Malde challenged Kenyans to make good use of the lifted curfew to beat the hard economic times.
The politician told the electorate that it was now the time for the country to recover losses it had incurred during the lockdown.
Malde noted that the move by President Uhuru Kenyatta to lift the nationwide dusk-to-dawn curfew was a good step towards the reopening of the economy.

He said the move would give businesses that have suffered during the curfew days a lifeline.
‘’I want to thank the president for that bold decision he made yesterday, the curfew was long overdue. It’s a good step towards opening up the economy and giving a lifeline to the businesses that have suffered during this period," he said.
"It is now time to grow our economy and recover the losses that we witnessed during this Covid-19 period."
Malde also asked residents of Parklands and Nairobi county at large to come out in large numbers and register as voters in the ongoing voter registration by IEBC.
"I want to call upon all Nairobi residents and Kenyans at large to register as voters so that they vote in leaders of their own choice come 2022," Malde added.
