Mercy Wanjau has been appointed as acting director-general of the Communications Authority of Kenya.
Ms Wanjau takes over from Francis Wangusi whose term at the telecommunications regulator has ended.
Mr Wangusi served at CA since 2012.

Prior to her appointment, Ms Wanjau was serving as the director legal services CA.
She was also a consultant with KPMG South Africa, PwC Kenya.
