Akothee was embroiled in a bitter quarrel with her Caucasian baby daddy at a train station in Switzerland over custody of their son Ojwang.
The mother of five narrated her ordeal in a post on social media revealing that her baby daddy refused to allow her to take their son.
The Kenyan singer said she broke down in tears at the train station in Basel after being denied the chance to go with Ojwang.
"Today in the history of my co-parenting I misbehaved. I didn't have the energy to say hello to my baby daddy in Basel. For sure he wasn't expecting me at the train station, this we organized with my favourite baby daddy Wuon Oyoo, who is waiting for us on the other side of life Paris. Dad understands me. We had all arranged how we divide the holidays so that all of us three (dad papa and me ) get to enjoy the kids in the summertime.
"My time with the kids was messed up by the many campings and with the disorganized tours. I had to cancel most of them to be with my kids. Now coming back to beg for papa for some time with the kids since I had all the time, it became a tug of war. In as much as I came with my tail coiled, I just asked niliomba kwa hisani. I asked this gentleman to allow me to have the kids just for two or three days within his two weeks since Bern and Basel is only 1 hour.
"Buda refused and said to wait for them from the 18th when it is my time. You can have them from the 18th when they go back to France. Ooh that did hurt badly. I broke down for a few hours, then collected myself & concentrated on my holidays, hata mkinitukana sikuvote Kenya, Mimi huku nimeshikwa na m*kende kama ziko," Akothee painfully narrated.
"I could not prematurely come back to Kenya without spending time with my children, Anyway I owe no one an explanation nor apology. I have a tough life off cameras because I am a tough woman dealing with tough things. I have me to deal with and fix it," she added.
Akothee says Ojwang's father is the worst baby daddy
Akothee has five children who were sired by three different baby daddies of different nationalities – a Kenyan, a Frenchman and a Swiss.
Her three daughters Vesha, Celly Rue and Prudence were fathered by her first husband Jared Okello while her sons Ojwang and Oyoo were sired by a Frenchman and Swiss.
Ojwang's father has always given Akothee a difficult time and the singer usually refers to him as her worst baby daddy ever.
The incident at Basel train station was not the first time Ojwang's father subjected Akothee to dehumanizing treatment. The cruel baby daddy threw the Kenyan singer out of his house when she was 9 months pregnant.
Akothee was forced to lie that she was six months pregnant so that the airline could allow her to fly back to Kenya after her mzungu baby daddy threw her out.
Most airlines allow pregnant women to travel through their eighth month. Travelling during the ninth month is usually allowed if there is permission from the health care provider.
