Kenyan socialite Vera Sidika recently attended a birthday celebration, accompanied by her husband Brown Mauzo, amid on-air rumours that they might have experienced some bumps in their relationship.

However, the couple put those speculations to rest as they joyfully celebrated the special day together.

In a video shared by Brown Mauzo on his Instagram stories, the couple was seen in what seemed to be a photo booth carrying their child Asia Brown.

Brown Mauzo lovingly carried the little one, while Vera sweetly kissed her on the cheek. The birthday party took place in a charmingly decorated garden, featuring a vibrant Barbie theme.

Vera fails to acknowledge hubby at an event last night

Later last night while attending an Amapiano event, she failed to acknowledge Brown Mauzo who was with her.

In a video shared by Plug TV, Vera is seen with Brown Mauzo as the interviewer is trying to engage her.

"Naona umekuja na mpenzi,"

"Mpenzi, ako wapi mpenzi?" She said while giggling.

At this point, the state of their relationship is unclear as the socialite keeps giving mixed signals.

Vera, Mauzo breakup?

Last month, the couple hinted at a breakup after posting a series of cryptic messages on the internet.

The parents of the two took to their respective Insta stories and penned down similar messages seemingly aimed at each other.

"Life is too short to mend broken hearts, buy a new one," Vera's stories read.

Mauzo wrote a similar message on his page.

In April, the mother of two removed the title 'wife' from her Instagram bio, unfollowed Mauzo and removed his photos from her page safe for one.

In response, the husband also unfollowed her deleting photos of her and only following his two daughters.

Despite the on-air rumours, Sidika cleared the air saying that their relationship was intact and that they are legally married.

In May, the mother of two dropped more hints that she and the musician may have parted ways noting that she would never use her relationship to chase clout as it is outdated and overused.

Break-up clouts are lame, overused and retired. I have never done a breakup clout in over 5 years. I always have unique ideas if I want to chase clout and y’all know it, not this. Please just stop forcing it. Not everything in life revolves around clout. I can never do a breakup clout, anything else but that. Whatever happens, happens in real life,” she stated.

The socialite known for clout chasing maintained that not all breakups are necessarily caused by infidelity stating that life happens, 'people break up and move on'.

“By the way, in case you didn’t know, not all breakups are caused by infidelity. There’s a lot of issues that contribute. Life happens, people break up and move on. Some break up and fix issues. That is what life is all about, never a smooth ride,” she added.
