TikTok user, Brian Chira is now begging for forgiveness from content creator Nyako after hurling insults at her.

In a video posted on his TikTok, the controversial content creator who appeared emotional explained that his outburst was fueled by personal challenges he was facing in his private life.

"Naitwa Chira... Brian Chira and for the last three days a lot has gone on in my life. All I can ask you is to please forgive me. Mum Nyako and Baba Talisha are the only people who understand me the most. Find it in your heart to forgive me," he said before breaking down.

The apology follows Chira's message to Nyako calling her out for taking credits after receiving financial help. According to him, Nyako only provided a platform that was used to facilitate the contributions that financed some of the assets in his house.

"Nyako kuja hapa...ooh I paid rent for you. You paid rent for who? How much money did you use? Pesa ni ya kuchangwa ilichangwa ndio ikanunua kila kitu kwa hii nyumba," Chira said before alleging that Nyako no longer cares about him and denouncing her as his mother.

Nyako would later threaten to take legal action against Chira saying he has gotten too comfortable.

This, she said during a TikTok live session with Obidan Dela.

"Hivi vile anaendelea, huyu kijana ashanitusi online mara kadhaa na videos ziko. To stop this, I have to go the Azziad way. Huyu kijana amenizoea," Nyako stated.

Brian Chira vs Azziad

Chira was in July arrested for allegedly defaming internet personality Azziad Nasenya before being freed on a cash bail of Ksh50,000 with an alternative of a bond of Ksh100,000.

Brian Chira pleaded not guilty during his appearance at Kibera Law Courts on Monday, July 31, 2023.

The controversial content creator was also accused of sharing her personal contacts with his audience without her consent.

"Some time last week he went live online and also shared Azziad's contacts. My client has been buzzed with a lot of calls and messages since then. Chira allegedly committed computer misuse and cyber crimes and my client decided to pursue the matter legally. The matter is under investigation," Azziad's advocate stated.
