Akothee is all-natural!

Singer Esther Akoth alias Akothee says while she was eying liposuction procedure, the medics refused to perform the surgery on her.

According to the mother of five, the doctors said she did not have fat but instead she has muscles that cannot be improved by cosmetic surgery.

"Wanted to have liposuction and the doctors said no. You are made of muscles and no fats," she wrote on Instagram.

Liposuction is a common surgical procedure that uses a suction technique to remove fat from various parts of the body, such as the abdomen, arms, hips, thighs, buttocks, or neck.

The surgery also shapes these areas to the liking of the patient and the common one has been around the waist to remove extra fat and accentuate one's body.

The surgery is common among socialites and celebrities. People like Risper Faith, Tanasha Donna, Zari and media personality Murugi Munyi have undergone the procedure to restore their bodies after giving birth.

It is however a bit pricey as it goes for over half a million shillings and one has to undergo the cost of maintaining it like going to the gym.
