A teacher at Ololulunga Boys’ High School in Narok South Sub County is being held at Mulot police station for allegedly sodomizing students in the school.

Narok Resident Magistrate Ms Adelaide Sisenda heard that the accused allegedly committed the crime at Ololulung’a Boys’ on diverse dates between 2016 and 2021 and the case reported on June 15th 2021 at Ololulung’a police station.

Mr Muteshi was however arrested on 30th June 2021 in Nakuru county by police officers where he had allegedly fled arrest.

In her application form, the investigating officer constable Silvia Masinde asked for more time to allow for more investigations into the matter before the charges are drawn.

“Due to the nature of the offence, we request to carry out a conclusive investigation hence we plead to be given more time to allow the victims and witness to record statements as well as retrieving phone calls from Safaricom Company,” pleaded Ms Masinde.

The court heard that the teacher was posted in the said school in January 2013 where he has been teaching to date.

Resident Magistrate Sisenda granted the investigating team until the 7th of July to carry out investigations when he will be arraigned in court.
