Kenya Power has announced scheduled electricity interruptions affecting five counties on Wednesday, December 6.

The Nairobi region, specifically the Langata area, is slated for a power interruption from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The affected locations include T Mall, Moi Educational Centre, Wilson Airport, AMREF, and various residential areas.

In the North Rift region, parts of Trans Nzoia County, including Lessos, Kapsitwet and Maridadi, will experience a power interruption from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

South Nyanza region, particularly parts of Kisii County, will also be affected by the scheduled power interruption. Ogembo, Tabaka, and Riosiri are among the areas where power will be temporarily cut off from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Moving to the Mt Kenya region, parts of Nyeri County, including Kiriani and Kamune, will experience a power interruption from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Gatugi Market, Kiriaini Town, and various other areas are listed among the affected locations.

In the Mt Kenya region, Kihora, Gachatha and Kariguini areas are scheduled for a power interruption from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Finally, in parts of Laikipia County, including Ichuga and Ngarariga, there will be a power interruption from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
