Deputy President William has pledged to construct a house for a Homa Bay woman who gave him fish during his tour of the region on Thursday.
Ruto said it was not his first time to meet with Janet Adhiambo Ondigo.

"I met my friend, Janet Adhiambo Ondigo, who served me tea three years ago in Muhuru Bay, Migori County.
"Since she could not prepare for me tea today, she gave me fish to take to Mama Rachel.
"I graciously accepted her request to support her construct a new house for the family," the DP said.
DP Ruto ended his three-day tour of Luo Nyanza region on Thursday after traversing Kisumu, Homa Bay and Migori Counties.
On Thursday, rowdy youths stoned the DP's motorcade at Kondole.
No one was injured in the incident that Ruto blamed on ODM party leader Raila Odinga.
