The first suspect identified as Shayne Orwa was arrested after he was positively identified by the victim.

"Police visited the scene and started trailing on them and managed to arrest Shayne Orwa aged 22 years who was positively identified by the reporter and another witness," the police report read in part.

Orwa then led the officers to his house where they recovered a toy pistol.
