Award-winning gospel artiste Ringtone Apoko has denied ever crushing on Diamond's baby mama Zari Hassan years after enticing her with a range rover.
His sentiments come after a section of fans asked him if he would be meeting Zari who is currently in the country.
Apoko instead stated that he would not be meeting the business mogul further denying ever having feelings for her.
"I have never had any feelings towards her. I was just trying to encourage her and to let her know that she can get saved and God can save her. I was trying to show her that these worldly things are very small before the eyes of God," he wrote.
When questioned about the Range Rover he 'bought' for her in an attempt to woo her, Apoko who mentioned that he learnt of Zari's visit from an acquittance stated that he did not want to buy the said car.
"I did not want to buy a Range Rover. I had bought it for her but she refused it. Someone just told me about her coming to Kenya when I was leaving the gym," he stated.
The controversial artiste allegedly bought a 2017 Range Rover for Zari after realizing she was in search of a new ride.
‘’Come through baby girl.....’’ he wrote at the time.
Ringtone recounts Zari's disrespect
Ringtone further expressed that he felt disrespected after Zari denied knowing him during a previous interview adding that Zari should have alerted him so that he creates time for her before she leaves the country.
"I will think whether I can create time to do anything or look for her before she leaves the country," he said.
Zari is currently in Kenya for business purposes and will be commissioning a new mansion.
Ringtone begs Zari to marry him
In 2018, Ringtone was trending on social media after he constantly begged the mother of five to dump Diamond for him.
"I want God to give Zari spiritual eyes to be able to discern and define and grasp so that she can be able to see that this man, I am the right guy for her. Diamond was not the right guy for her. He loves clubbing, as a musician, he has done well for himself but has totally failed as far as romance is concerned, Diamond has a pathetic love record,” Ringtone said then.
