Tens of families in Kitengela, Kajiado County have been adversely affected by flash floods following heavy downpours that pounded the region on Tuesday night.

New Valley, Chang'ombe, Balonzi, and Baraka areas were the most affected after a seasonal river in the area burst its banks, flooding residential areas to the chagrin of residents.
