Upcoming artiste Vincent Mboya, who returned Jalango's Ksh18,000 aid, has appealed to Kenyans to come to his rescue.

Mboya shot to fame after he refunded the aforementioned amounts that had been sent to him by the the radio host, to help clear his rent arrears. He claimed that the comedian had disrespected him when he handed him the money.

Mboya has now revealed to a popular blog that he has been facing financial woes ever since he pulled the Ksh18,000 stunt.

He claims that he hid his sorrows behind the overnight fame that he found after refunding Jalango his money.

"Let me come clean and confess, I have been acting and pretending that my life is okay but honestly speaking my life is not. I have run into debts here and there and I am totally broke. If anyone can help me, not necessarily with money, but with a business or a job, I will highly appreciate," he stated.

The artiste further narrated that he is no longer at loggerheads with Jalango or popular comedian Terence Creative alias Papa Freddy. He assured Kenyans that he has learnt from his past mistake and that he will appreciate any help that will come his way this time round.

"This time round when I get help trust me it will be different from last time. I have learnt from my mistake. I promise it won't repeat itself," he stated.
