Singer Kelvin Bahati's baby mama Yvette Obura has come out to blast people who have been criticizing her for having a good relationship with Bahati's wife, Diana Marua.

In a social media post, Yvette insinuated that some people have been attacking her for being friends with Diana, a woman her baby daddy married.

The attacks come a day after she penned a heartfelt message to Diana on her birthday. In the message, she praised Diana for being a wonderful stepmother to her daughter and many other people.

She also expressed the love and affection she felt for as she wished her a long life full of happiness.

"On this day I want you to know that I appreciate you, I love you and I thank God for you. You've been nothing but selfless, understanding, giving, loving and caring not only to @mueni_bahati but to everyone else around you," she said,

Adding: "I pray in your new age that your cup will continue overflowing with peace, love, favour and breakthroughs. We love you so much and I'll give you your flowers when you're still alive because you deserve them."

Following her message to Diana, Yvette insinuated that there are a lot of people urging her to hate Diana instead of supporting or being friends with her.

Responding to those people, Yvette said that she won't hate Diana because those people feel uncomfortable with their relationship.

She told off critics to call her whatever they wanted but, she will not hate Diana people of other people's opinion.

"Call me fake, but I will not help you hate someone who has done nothing wrong to me," Yvette said.
