Musician Karuga Kimani, also known as KRG The Don, was recently embroiled in a paternity row with multiple women claiming he sired children with them.

KRG has since introduced the only kids he acknowledges are his biological offspring.

The musician turned up at an event in the company of three children who he said are his kids.

"For the people who have seen your kids for the first time, please introduce them to us and state how old they are," YouTuber Vincent Mboya implored KRG.

KRG introduced the three children and added that he had another kid who had not tagged along.

"Huyu anaitwa Khalid (Sean Khalid) he is 11 years. Naville (Naville Kimani) 10 years. Huyu anaitwa Naem) five years turning six). Na kuna mwingine mdogo ako four," KRG said.

"So these are the only kids you have?" KRG was asked.

"Biologically yes," he replied.

Asked about the other teenagers who claimed he is their father, KRG said they could be his step-kids.

"Hao wengine? (What about the other kids?)" KRG was asked.

"Hao wengine labda tu ni watoto wa kambo. (Maybe they are my step-children)," the musician replied.

Other children

19-year-old Yvonne was the first to emerge claiming to be KRG's daughter as her mother  Susan Kinyanjui gave damning evidence implicating the musician.

KRG refused to take a DNA test to ascertain Yvonne's paternity but offered to cater for her education nonetheless.

After Yvonne, 18-year-old Brighder surfaced claiming to be KRG's biological son. Noteworthy, the teen bares an uncanny resemblance to the musician.

Pauline Nyaboke also surfaced as KRG’s other daughter after Yvonne and Brighder came out claiming to be the musician's biological children.

However, 17-year-old Pauline claimed that KRG was fulfilling her fatherly duties to her.

Owns up

In mid-June 2013, KRG owned up that he sired the teenagers after initially denying that he was their father.

The musician revealed that he stopped denying his children after elders in his family intervened and asked him to welcome the kids to his family and give them some of the property they own across the country.

"Nilikua nakataa lakini sahi mahali imefika wazee wa nyumbani wamesema lete hio watoto tuko na mashamba mingi tutawagawia. Wengine upande wa Narok, wengine wataenda upande wa Mombasa, wengine wataenda upande wa Nanyuki, wengine wataenda upande wa Naivasha, wengine wataenda upate wa Kisii. Hio pahali yote tuko na property. Wengine wataenda mbaka uko upande ya Uganda. Tutaenda kuwaweka huko wafanye kazi kwa sababu hawatafuti shida wanatafuta tu mwelekeo wa maisha," KRG said while speaking to Vincent Mboya.
