Musician KRG the Don has made a sharp U-turn on his earlier promise to take a DNA test to determine the paternity of his alleged 19-year-old daughter Yvonne.

The controversial artiste is locked in a bitter dispute with Susan Kinyanjui who accuses him of failing to fulfil his fatherly duties to their alleged daughter Yvonne.

Speaking during an interview with SPM Buzz, KRG made it clear that he was ready to help Yvonne without taking a DNA test.

The musician insisted that he has never dated Susan and further castigated his friend-turned-foe Dufla for accompanying Yvonne's mother to Ndumberi to inspect the house where Yvonne was allegedly conceived.

Mimi sijawai kukaa Ndumberi ndugu yangu," KRG said.

DNA test

KRG further stressed that he would not take a DNA test when asked to undergo the procedure and end speculations about Yvonne's paternity.

"Si ufanye DNA iishe," the interviewer told KRG.

“DNA ya nini ndugu yangu? Mimi sijuani na hao watu siwezi fanya DNA. Kwani tunachunguzana nini,” KRG respomnded.

KRG noted he was willing to cater for Yvonne's education without taking the DNA test.

Susan had earlier insisted that the puzzle of her daughter's paternity could only be solved by a DNA test as she was tired of trying to use other means to prove that KRG is her daughter's biological father.

"Sasa staki tupelekani hivi hivi, nataka DNA. Ehh nataka DNA hakuna kitu ingine nataka. DNA ndo msema ukweli," Susan said.

Her statement came as KRG was playing delay tactics on the issue of taking the paternity test before he ultimately stated that he would not take a DNA test.
