Most of his followers couldn’t believe that he turned 21 years.

He wrote:

"As I am becoming more mature every year, I am starting to realize one great truth. Legends don’t come on this earth in great numbers. They are rare just like me. Happy birthday to me!"

Here are some of the comments from the photo:

'Happy 45th Kinuthiaa.'

'At first I thought huyu ni Milly wa Jesus.'

'21 what? Because it can’t be years.'

'Let me mind my business lakini 21 ohhhh no.'

'Kinuthia acha kutupima. She looks 37.'

This is not the first time people have made a fuss about his age. He recently came out to address his gender and the gender pronouns that he identifies with.

The internet sensation gained popularity on social media due to his love of feminine clothing, cosmetics, and nail art.

Speaking to YouTuber Mungai Eve, Kinuthia made the decision to finally put an end to the murky discussion around his sexual orientation and his age.

After Kinuthia's official identification card became popular online, Mungai questioned him about his gender identity and sexual orientation. To demonstrate that he was born in 2001 and was to turn 21 years old today, Kinuthia posted his ID card.

"There are people wondering why you like looking like a girl, does hair and nails, dress like a lady and does makeup but when we look at his ID card, gender is clearly written male?" Eve asked him.

"Yes it's true, I am a male but like I had said before I can not stop doing the things that I do because people are trolling me because I am a male. Because that is what has brought me the far that I have come," Kinuthia responded.
