Former Nairobi Diaries star, Pendo, has, on behalf of Mishi Dora, asked fans to contribute money to bail out Mishi who was released on a Ksh100,000 bond with an alternative cash bail of Ksh50,000.

She had been charged with obtaining credit by false pretence after allegedly refusing to pay a Ksh152,550 bill at a Nairobi club on May 26, 2022.

Taking it to Instagram, she wrote, ‘For any contribution on behalf of Mishi Dorah on her cash bail.’ She then added a phone number and the hashtag, Free Mishi Dora.'

She is accused of ordering meals and expensive beverages worth the aforementioned sum at the Golden Ice cafe in South C.

She purportedly ordered a pair of chicken breasts jointly valued at Ksh3,000, a cocktail drink worth Ksh2,000, mineral water worth Ksh300, two coca-cola drinks valued at Ksh500 and three bottles of Redbull which set her back Ksh1,650, and seven bottles of Hennessy at Ksh70,000 and six bottles of Belaire valued at Ksh75,000 which she shared with her friends who were also at the club.

It is no surprise that Pendo, AKA The Ghetto Princess is the one urging her fans to support the socialite financially. Pendo also has had her fair share of court sessions for similar offences.

In October 2020, Pendo was accused of failing to pay a Ksh208,000 debt that she and her partner ran up while staying at the English Point hotel.

Pendo and the unnamed man are accused of staying in the posh hotel while fully aware that she couldn't afford the bill.

According to the hotel management, she checked in with her partner, and their combined bill totalled Ksh330,000. She was later freed on a bond of Ksh100,000 with a Ksh35,000 cash bail option as a backup.
