Karen Nyamu insists she is prepared to deal with all eventualities that could arise from her reunion with Samidoh.

The nominated senator spoke on her reunion with Samidoh while engaging her fans who commented on her Facebook post.

"Grow wild, and when they try to cage you, grow wings 🦅," Karen Nyamu posted.

A fan commenting on Nyamu's post said that her reunion will end in tears.

Responding to the netizen, Karen Nyamu noted that she had gone through a lot and that tears are normal to her.

“Tears tu? Tumepitia mengi kustuliwa na tears," she wrote.

Karen Nyamu also laughed at a suggestion why Samidoh 'ran' back to her after their dramatic breakup in Dubai last year.

"Men are quicker to leave but they always come back. Women take longer to leave but once they leave they never come back," a Facebook user commented on Karen Nyamu's post.

In a quick rejoinder, the nominated senator asked the netizen if her argument was the reason why Samidoh went back to her.

"Is that why he came back?" Karen Nyamu posed.

Karen Nyamu narrated how Samidoh let her down multiple times shortly before they made a public appearance together at the funeral of Nancy Muthoni – sister-in-law to Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

The reunion made Samidoh's wife Edday Nderitu write a painful post on social media saying that the last three years of the marriage had been full of pain.

Speaking during an interview on Vybez Radio, Nyamu noted that Samidoh failed her multiple times but stressed that he has never disappointed her as a father to their two children.

The reunion somehow came as a surprise as Nyamu stated that she had broken up forever with the Mugithi star after an altercation with his wife Edday Nderitu in Dubai in December 2022.

Nyamu was quick to point out that her decision to publicly announce the break was fueled by the manner in which the drama was witnessed.

"Great and powerful women will attest that many times our weakest link is the men we get involved with. I am stopping the pattern. I have made a conscious decision to end for good my involvement with the father of my babies and now ex-Samidoh Muchoki," Nyamu stated.

"I know I could have called him and ended it quietly but I decided to make this as public as the drama and controversy have been. This had become a concern, especially with the position I hold as a member of the 4th senate," she added.
