UDA nominated senator Karen Nyamu is seemingly embracing a blended family after she acknowledged her baby daddy singer Samidoh’s wife Edday Nderitu as stepmom to her kids.
Nyamu was responding to a fan on Facebook who commented on her Mother’s Day post paying Edday a tribute on the special day.
"Happy Mother's Day to Edday Nderitu a strong woman," the fan identified as Stelaa Stelaa wrote.
In her response, Karen Nyamu said; "...and stepmom of my babies."
This comes barely months after Karen Nyamu revealed that she has no problem with Samidoh's first wife Edday Nderitu saying she accepted her as her co-wife to silence critics.
"Samido and Edday are back together…you're single again, welcome back," A critic commenting on Karen Nyamu's post on Facebook teased her.
Nyamu quickly responded by stressing that Edday and her are cowives.
"Sel Lopez, aki mimi siwezi kua single sababu ya comment? I accepted my co-wife years ago," Nyamu wrote.
Meanwhile, Samidoh has only termed Karen Nyamu as the ‘mother of his child’.
Answering the first question; "Who is Karen Nyamu to you?" he replied saying;
"She is the mother of my child."
