United Democratic Alliance (UDA) nominated Senator Karen Nyamu now says balance is key in holding polygamous marriages together.

The mother of three was advising city businessman Jimal Rohosafi famed for his failed relationship with socialite Amber Ray and collapsed marriage with ex-wife Amira.

Through Instagram, Jimal shared a photo of his daughter's foot resting on his and captioned it: "The most precious jewels, you’ll ever have around your neck, are the arms of your daughter."

Taking to the comment section, Mugithi star Samidoh's baby mama who has previously acknowledged her co-wife heaped praises on him and shared her advice on polygamy.

"Jimal nakupenda tu, you’re a good man. Like I've always told you, Amira made a mistake to leave you just because of another woman. I hope siku moja atarudi unawaweza wote. Balance ndio key," she wrote.

He later replied: "Thanks Mwesh."

Amira regrets marrying Jimal

Amira broke up with Jimal in 2022 and he has since moved on and recently welcomed his daughter with Mitchelle Wangari.

In a recent QnA on her Instagram, she said she regrets marrying her children's father terming him violent and abusive.

She stated that before their split she stayed in the marriage for the sake of her two children whom they are currently navigating co-parenting which she says has been a nightmare.

“I love my kids to death and if I had a choice to go back in time and make the right decisions. I wouldn’t have picked him as their father, unfortunately.

“They are big boys, they know everything that’s been happening. I stayed in a toxic and violent marriage because of them, held onto a marriage that was already broken,” Amira said.

Further, the influencer noted that she will never forgive Jamal.

“He was the worst person I have ever met and I loathe him with passion, I will never forgive him and even if I die today, I wouldn’t want him to bury me or even mourn me,” she said.

The mother of two is however hopeful of getting married again later in life.
