Melon Lutenyo, one of the famous twins from the Kakamega twin story has welcomed a bouncing baby boy.
Taking to social media, her twin sister Sharon Mathias announced to their fans as she penned a sweet message to her twin congratulating her for the safe delivery of her baby boy.
"Congratulations Melon, my better half for delivering safely. You brought us a bundle of joy," she wrote.
Their fans flocked the comment section to congratulate the new mother in town as they wished her good tidings ahead of her motherhood journey.
In December 2021, Melon got married to her husband Willis in a traditional wedding.
At the time, she shared the news in a series of videos across her social media platforms.
Melon who revealed that she got married months after joining the university said that the marriage was her own choice.
"I finished my fourth form on April 21, 2021, and joined the university on September 27. I don't see anything wrong with getting married," she said.
She also revealed that though she is married while still in school, she will not stop her studies.
"University is a place you can get married and no one will question you. You get pregnant and you face no discrimination," she explained.
The twins came to the limelight after reuniting through Facebook after being separated at birth.
