Controversial TikToker Brian Chira has broken his silence, explaining his absence from social media.

Taking to his Instagram stories, the content creator assured everyone that he was okay and disclosed that he took a much-needed break from a tumultuous year.

"I just took a break from a year of chaos. I'm fine. Hang in there, it's not every day that's a trending day. I had to work on myself, and I feel better now."

Chira noted that not every day is meant to be in the spotlight citing that he needed to take time off and work on himself.

Announcing his comeback, the controversial man said he feels much better now.

Chira's social media outbursts

Before his short hiatus, Chira had lamented about losing all his friends and was feeling lonely.

Speaking to media personality Oga Obinna, the content creator expressed deep regret for his actions and acknowledged the consequences that had befallen him.

He opened up about the loneliness he was experiencing, which he admitted led to his ill-advised actions.

"I got lonely and got a bottle, that's why I called those people out. My friends left me; I have been left with God and the phone many times at my house. I just pray to God when sleep overwhelms me," Chira lamented.

Chira, who initially rose to fame on TikTok, took a moment to apologize to his followers and fellow content creators who helped him build his online presence despite his past abusive actions.

"I just want to make amends, I apologise deeply. I have accepted my mistakes, and I want to live well with my friends because I feel lonely all the time," he declared.

He went on to share that he tends to snap and mentioned that some people have suggested he may be suffering from bipolar disorder, although he remains uncertain about this.

Chira's apology followed his social media rant where he accused Germany-based content creator Nyako of taking credit for financial contributions that were made on a TikTok live session that was used to help him settle down.

"Nyako kuja hapa...ooh I paid rent for you. You paid rent for who? How much money did you use? Pesa ni ya kuchangwa ilichangwa ndio ikanunua kila kitu kwa hii nyumba," Chira exclaimed.

He went on to allege that Nyako no longer cared for him and distanced himself from her.

Nyako, in response, threatened to take legal action against Chira, asserting that he had become too comfortable.
