Court of Appeal judge Sankale ole Kantai on Friday morning presented himself at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) headquarters on Kiambu Road over his alleged close communication with Sarah Cohen during the days Sarah was being investigated over Tob Cohen’s murder.
It remains unclear whether Kantai coached Sarah Cohen on what to write in her police statement following her arrest in August last year.
Tob Cohen’s family lawyer confirmed to K24 Digital that Kantai was being grilled at the DCI headquarters early Friday.
