President William Ruto on Monday rode around State House on a portable stall after a consultative meeting.
The President was from a consultative meeting with stakeholders from the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development.

Ruto noted that the adoption of the portable stalls offers Kenyans an opportunity to work in decent, secure and dignified conditions. He also stated that the move presents flexibility which will enable small traders to adapt to changing market locations and business necessities.
"It presents flexibility that will enable small traders to adapt to changing market locations and business necessities, hence increasing job opportunities and earnings," he said.
