Nairobi Bound Lane of Uhuru Highway will remain closed for the next three days until Wednesday, June 2.
In a statement, Kenya Highway Authority (KeNHA) says the move is to allow contractors sufficient time to complete the installation of culverts at the Nyayo stadium roundabout.
The authority confirmed that the delay was prompted by the terrain where the constructors encountered a rock during the construction process.
