Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu is set to officially release the results of the 2023 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) on Thursday morning.
A total of 1.4 million students took the KCPE exams, marking the final cohort of Class Eight pupils to undertake the examination under the 8-4-4 system.
Notably, these KCPE pupils will be the last group to have their secondary school placements determined by their exam results, as the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) is set to introduce a different approach for placing students in senior schools based on their career paths.
To access the 2023 KCPE results, the Ministry of Education has provided various methods, including checking through SMS and online platforms.
