Lawyer Philip Murgor has revealed that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) servers were accessed by foreigners 180 times.
In his submission before the Supreme Court, Murgor who is representing Azimio la Umoja -One Kenya coalition presidential flagbearer Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua told the court that the servers were accessed at different intervals before, during and even after the elections.
"The logs contain active participation of foreigners on the result's transmission from July 15 to August 16, the names are Josio, Ogudino, Vito, Csilva, and Jcamargo," he stated.
He underscored that the individuals accessed the servers at different intervals between the given dates.

Murgor maintains that IEBC servers had several deletions
He also maintained that there were several log deletions on the commission's servers.
"There was very disturbing evidence of log deletions from the IEBC server that was partially availed, the deletions occurred on August 6," Murgor stated.
"Our elections were conducted in Venezuela, Chebukati was just a mouthpiece,"
