The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji has ordered the arrest and arraignment of Lari Member of Parliament (MP) Jonah Mburu Mwangi over alleged misappropriation of Ksh27.2 million under the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) kitty.
