A light aircraft belonging to Yellow Wing Air Services crash-landed at Mashuru in Kajiado County on Thursday morning.

The plane was headed to the Amboseli National Park when it developed a mechanical problem, according to Emarti Sub-Location Chief Paul Kiruswa.

Mr Kiruswa said all the four occupants, including the pilot escaped unharmed in the 7.30 am incident.

The flight charter firm immediately dispatched another light aircraft to ferry the occupants to the park.

Mr Kiruswa said the pilot was given first-aid treatment for slight injuries he incurred in the accident.
