A 35-year-old man from Chepyakwai Village in Eldoret South, Uasin Gishu County, “choked to death” while having sex with his 40-year-old lover, a postmortem examination report released Thursday revealed.

Julius Bor was on Monday morning found dead in a maize plantation.

Bor died while having sex with Janet Cheruto on the farm.

The autopsy -- conducted at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret -- also revealed that Bor had taken sex enhancement drugs prior to engaging in intimacy with Cheruto.

The couple had earlier spent the night at a drinking joint in Chepyakwai Centre.

“On the way [home], they entered into a maize plantation to have sex, where the man fainted. Janet then rushed and informed the village elder, Jackson Misoi, about what had transpired,” reads a part of a police report filed at Kiambaa Police Station.

Cheruto said prior to fainting, Bor vomited, but he insisted on continuing with the sex session.

Bor’s body has been preserved at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital mortuary.
