Nairobi Acting County Secretary Jairus Musumba has this afternoon disappeared from DCI sleuth at City Hall, a few minutes after Acting Governor Ann Kananu presided over Gender-Based Violence Bill.
Musumba is being sought by police over unknown cases but detectives have confirmed to K24 Digital that indeed they visited Musumba's City Hall office.
They said the County Secretary used the backdoor of his office and disappeared into thin air then switch off phone.
