3 arrested for ‘s******g cars from party-goers after stupefying them in Nairobi nightclubs’

Police officers attached to Kasarani post on Saturday, August 31, arrested three people in connection with the theft of several vehicles in Nairobi.

The suspects Francis Kinyanjui, 53, Stephen Njoroge, 33, and Gladys Wanjiku, 36, were arrested at West View Plaza in Kahawa West.

“The three allegedly steal vehicles from members of the public after stupefying them during drinking in nightclubs,” said the DCI on Twitter Saturday.

Police confiscated a Toyota Probox, several smartphones, SIM cards and psychotropic drugs in the raid.

The suspects will be arraigned on Monday, September 2.
