Tanzanian songstress Zuchu has recently addressed the dynamic relationship Diamond Platnumz shares with his baby mama Tanasha Donna days after the two linked up to celebrate their son's birthday.
Speaking to Refresh-Media, Zuchu expressed her understanding of Diamond's commitment to his children and the respect she has for that aspect of his life.
"Niliujua Diamond alikuwa na watoto tulipoanza kudate na nilijua kuwa atakuwa katika maisha yao," Zuchu explained.
She emphasized that co-parenting is an essential part of their lives and that it is not an issue because when one has kids they will be in their lives no matter what happens.
"Ni lazima wazazi wenza wawepo till the day they day and even after that they would still be family., they are family, it was not an issue because when one has kids they will be in their lives, they never hugged nor kissed, I just saw two parents who were celebrating their kids," she noted.
When asked about her role in Diamond's children's lives, Zuchu responded;
"All the praises go to the parents, we are just family from a distance."
The 'Honey' crooner also addressed the public's curiosity and speculations surrounding her relationship with Diamond saying she was unbothered about what people say or think of them.
"Watu huwa wanashangaa niaje tumedumu muda, wanangoja ile siku tutaachana, lakini sijali wanayosema mimi," she said.
She recognized that online chatter and rumours are inevitable but stressed that she would not engage in arguments with the public, as things can be easily distorted once they go online.
This comes in the wake of Tanasha Donna's recent visit to Tanzania to celebrate her son's birthday.

Notably, tensions grew as Mama Dangote, Diamond's mother, who shares the same birthday with Tanasha, received gifts from her and publicly expressed her appreciation.
This gave rise to speculations that Mama Dangote might favour Tanasha over Zuchu, especially when she pinned a comment under her post that suggested Diamond should focus on Tanasha.
Zuchu, in response to a fan's comment, clarified her relationship with Diamond.
"Sio bwana yangu mpenzi," meaning "he is not my husband, darling."
She also confirmed her single status and emphasized that Diamond is free to do as he pleases.
A few days ago, Zuchu and Diamond appeared on stage together and shared a kiss, dispelling rumours of their separation.
