Manzi wa Kibera and her elderly lover caused a stir at China Square as they demonstrated their love for each while getting engaged.
The two lovebirds showed up at the Unicity Mall along Thika Road before the sexagenarian pulled out the big surprise.
The 66-year-old lovey-dovey went down on his knee while dressed in a vest, black coat and white shorts and asked the 26-year-old socialite to marry him.

The vicenarian was overwhelmed with emotion and broke down in tears before she accepted the marriage proposal.
A crowd that had surrounded the two lovebirds watched in amazement as they kissed and cuddled amorously after they got engaged.

Manzi Wa Kibera officially unveiled the sexagenarian as her boyfriend during a YouTube interview in November 2022.
The controversial socialite said she met the 66-year-old when she took to the streets carrying a placard asking Mumias East MP to marry her.
She was delighted that even though she failed to win the love of Mumias East MP Peter Salasya she ended up falling in love with the sexagenarian.
“Hio siku yenye nlienda hapo na poster nimeshika nimeeka number ndo mimi na mzae tulipatania kwa hio harakati. I know nilimis my target but nilipata replacement ya mwenye nlikua naenda kumtafuta ju alikua na maringo. So huyu ndo nimepata. Baba mwenyewe ako na pesa zake, ako na mali yake namsaidia tu kuchunga chunga hapo pole pole” Manzi wa Kibera said.
The controversial socialite proudly showed off her aged lover saying that “huyu sasa ndo mwenye hii mali, ndo anakula hii mali. Unaona venye hii mali safi imeshikana!”
Speaking during an interview with YouTuber Nicholas Kioko on February 22, 2023, the couple scoff at critics who said they were only clout chasing.
“Kama mimi 66 ndio ilinifurahisha then what si it?. Wacheni mimi na mzae. Saa hii ni three months we have been dating, there is no clout or anything like that,” she said.
2nd marriage
If the 66-year-old proceeds to marry Manzi wa Kibera, it will be her second official wedding as she was previously married to Obidan Dela - for two very short weeks.
