Karen Nyamu has no issue with whatever titles her critics give her as long as she is with the love of her life Samidoh.

The mother of three indicated that she doesn't mind being christened derogatory terms after a critic told her that she is a 'lover on loan' to Samidoh.

"M-kopo mfuliza wa thamweli," Sly Joseph commented on Karen Nyamu's post.

"Sly Joseph bora tu ni wake," Karen Nyamu responded in a quick rejoinder.

Sly Joseph then told Nyamu to make sure that the dowry is paid so that her relationship could be official.

Karen Nyamu has been under constant criticism ever since she started having an affair with Samidoh who is married to Edday Nderitu.

The UDA-nominated senator met a married Samidoh when he was performing at a political event in late 2019 and they quickly hit it off.

Nyamu didn’t waste time getting pregnant for him. She gave birth to Samidoh’s son in December 2020.

Samidoh publicly denied that he was Karen’s baby daddy for months until January 2021 when Nyamu spilled the beans.

The Mugithi singer publicly apologized to his wife after Nyamu exposed him as her baby daddy. However, Nyamu didn’t stop there, she got pregnant for Samidoh again and gave birth to a baby girl on February 26, 2022.

Nyamu and Samidoh have had an on/off relationship that sometimes played out badly in public.

The two lovebirds had a dramatic breakup in Dubai in December 2022 before they got back together.

Samidoh and Nyamu indicated they were back together on February 23, 2023, when joined the family of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua in paying their last respects to his sister-in-law.

Samidoh's wife Edday Nderitu came out guns blazing after the Mugithi sensation was spotted in the company of his baby mama at the burial of Gachagua's sister-in-law in Murang'a.

Edday penned an emotional message on her Facebook page suggesting that she would walk out of her marriage as she stressed that she couldn't raise her children in a polygamous marriage.

Samidoh and Nyamu were unmoved by Edday's message as they once again made a joint appearance at the burial of the singer's nephew Geoffrey Mwathi in Nakuru on March 8, 2023.

At the ceremony, the singer introduced Nyamu by their daughter's name (Mama Wairimu) when he asked her to greet mourners.

Edday and her three children moved to the US in early May 2023.

In July, Samidoh's estranged wife said in a post on social media that she was not in a polygamous marriage, adding that she had left her husband to 'whoever needed him more'.
