A new dawn for Kenya as Netflix announces popular Kenyan movie commentator James Muigai alias DJ Afro Amigo commentary debut after years of him putting in so much work in the art.

Most netizens were thrilled to see this vision come to life after the streaming platform released the trailer featuring his real voice throwing Twitter into a frenzy with a caption to feature his infamous line.

"Orrrrrrrait DJ Afro has spoken. Story ni ile ile tu. Ukitaka ku FreeTheWholeStoro jionee mwenyewe for free on your Android phone," the tweet read.

This is a project of the streaming service in their efforts to promote and popularise Netflix among Kenyans.

In the 21st century, social media has seen the elevation of the career of many internet hilarious figures like DJ Afro.

While being funny is truly objective, he has for years been among the most consistently funny movie commentators majorly in Indian and action movies.

DJ Afro uses unique relatable language which is quite fun and has been dropping new slang terms that have been running through social media for years.

We looked on Twitter and got the best reactions to the announcement that had the internet eating out the palm of his hand for most of the day yesterday.
