Looks like Cupid misplaced his arrows because Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz has announced the end of his relationship with his lover Zuchu and declared that he is officially single.
Through his Insta stories, the 'Jeje' hitmaker noted that he did not wish to be romantically linked with any woman.
"From today on, ningependa niwatangazie rasmi kuwa I am single, sidate wala sina mahusiano na mwanamke yoyote," Diamond announced.

Loosely translated as; "From today onwards, I would like to officially announce that I am single. I am not dating, nor am I in a relationship with any woman."

Loosely translated as;
"Therefore, I do not want to be linked with any woman as my partner."If I happen to date or be in a relationship, I will inform or introduce them as I always do."
Diamond and Zuchu have been dating for almost two years. The two announced they are an item after years of keeping their affair under wraps.
Diamond marks territory
This comes weeks after Diamond came out guns blazing to warn a man who was hitting on Zuchu on Instagram.
He confronted the guy and made it clear that he was crossing boundaries in matters of love.
Diamond didn't hold back; he revealed the romantic messages the guy had been sending to Zuchu.
“Give me a call when you’re up..” one of the man's text messages read.
“Nashida ya kuonana na wewe leo for 10min, utaniambia kama kuna gharama zozote za kukuona,” he told Zuchu in another message.
Responding to the man's romantic advances, Diamond cautioned him telling him he was aware of the attempt to woo his woman and mentioning that Zuchu had informed him about it.
“Mwenye hii namba, nikujuze tu kuwa mwanamke wangu @officialzuchu amenifikishia habari zako!” Diamond wrote.
Diamond broke Zuchu's virginity
In a past interview, Zuchu disclosed that Diamond Platnumz was the only person she has been intimate with in her life.
Zuchu revealed that Diamond was her first and only sexual partner when questioned about her past relationships.
"Mbaka sasa ni wanawake/wanaume wangapi umeshawai kulana nao kimapenzi (Up to now, how many men/women have you slept with?)," Zuchu read out the question from a piece of paper.
"Mmoja tu (only one)," Zuchu answered while pecking the Wasafi boss.
"Pekeake, pekeake (only one)," Zuchu reiterated.
