Fast-rising content creator Mungai Eve is elated after hitting a huge milestone in her career.

In an update on Thursday, April 7, the content creator announced that she has surpassed 500,000 organic subscribers on the biggest streaming platform, YouTube.

Mungai appreciated her fans for the support and her able team for putting in the effort.

She works alongside her boyfriend, Director Trevor who doubles up as her cameraman.

"We did it, guys. Waking up to this makes me feel so loved. Thank you so much Team Mungai Eve for making my birthday special. All thanks to God for this milestone. I love you guys.

"Special thanks to my team who is always there to support me and all the brands that have believed in Mungai Eve, we appreciate it. Let's keep pushing, a million is our new target," Mungai wrote on Instagram.

On the other hand, YouTubers Kabi and his wife, Milly wa Jesus also celebrated the YouTube milestone having passed 500,000 subscribers.

Kabi noted that they had desired to have 500,000 subscribers before their second baby comes and they are glad that their wish was granted.

"It's been a journey of faith and we didn't know we could be visible in this space when we started vlogging in 2018 but see God. He has proven Himself over and over again, I remember in 2019.

"We just took a step of faith and had a goal of 100,000k before Taji comes, in 2021 it wasn't an easy year for us but all we can say is that we made it through and now this year we had a goal of #500kbeforebabycomes and for sure God has shown off once more," Kabi said.

Musician Otile Brown is the only Kenyan to be able to surpass over 1 million YouTube subscribers.
