Kenya's Tik Tok sensational Azziad Nasenya has once again done her country proud after emerging second for the African Social Star award.

Azziad was nominated for the People's Choice Award in late October this year and was to compete with other Africa entertainers to clinch the award.

Some of those superstars she competed with for the award include YouTube sensation and LGBTQ activist Lasizwe Dambuza (South Africa), make-up artist and beauty influencer Mihlali Ndamase (South Africa), TikTok star Witney Ramabulana (South Africa), comedian Madam Boss (Zimbabwe, and self-empowerment advocate The Odditty (Nigeria).

After over a month of seeking votes from her fans, Azziad emerged second with Zimbabwean comedian and content creator Tyra Chikocho aka Madam Boss beating her in the competition to win the African Social Star of 2021.

Following her achievement, Azziad thanked her supports and family who supported her throughout the competition. She also congratulated Madam boss for her win.

"Thank you to all my supporters, my online family. I am truly honoured and humbled to have received overwhelming support to emerge Runner Up for the African Social Star 2021, E! PCAs. ❤️❤️❤️ Congratulations to @madambosszim for the win and @witney_8 second runner up. 🥳 Watch the 2021 PCAs on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, on E! @eonlineafrica," she wrote.

The radio host and content creator will now wait until Wednesday next week when he will officially be crowned the official first runner up in the competition in a ceremony that is set to be held in the United States.
