The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced 62 job vacancies within the Office of the Attorney General (AG) and the Department of Justice.
In a public notice on Tuesday, February 27, the vacancies are distributed across various roles within the department.
Among these are four openings for the position of Deputy Solicitor General CSG, eight for Chief State Counsel, and 50 vacancies for Deputy Chief State Counsel.
Applicants interested in these positions are urged to take note of the application deadline, which is set for March 20 2024.
The applications must be submitted online through either the Commission's website at www.publicservice.go.ke or the dedicated jobs portal at www.psckjobs.go.ke.
PSC advised that the applications must reach the Commission no later than 5:00 pm East African Time on the specified deadline date.
"The details of the posts and mode of application can be accessed on the Commission's website. Interested and qualified persons are required to make their applications online through the Commission website: www.publicservice.go.ke or jobs portal: www.psckjobs.go.ke to reach the Commission on or before 20th March 2024 (Latest 5 pm East African Time)," a statement from PSC stated.

700 job vacancies
Earlier, PSC announced 789 job openings within the civil service.
Interested Kenyan citizens are encouraged to submit their applications online through the PSC website or jobs portal by March 19, 2024, at 5:00 pm East African Time.
Among the vacancies are key positions in the Ministry of Health, including Director General of Health and Deputy Director General for Health, along with various roles in Public Health and Professional Standards.
Additionally, there are openings for human resource professionals, office administrators, veterinary officers, lecturers, and several other positions in different departments.
Some specific roles include Assistant Animal Health Officer, Laboratory Technologist, Registered Nurse, and Chief Superintending Inspector of Explosives, among others.
The commission seeks to fill positions at various levels, from entry-level assistants to senior management roles.
