Nairobi lawyer Assa Nyakundi, who is out on bond for allegedly killing his son, has been arrested by officers from Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
DCI boss George Kinoti says he will face murder charges.
The lawyer was earlier charged with manslaughter in his son's killing case and he has been out on bond.

He is currently being held at the DCI headquarters on Kiambu Road.
He will be arraigned in court on Thursday 20th.
