Kenyan boy band Sauti Sol have revealed why purchasing tickets for their upcoming Sol Fest concert scheduled for December 11 and 12 has been difficult for funs.

In a tweet published on their official Twitter account on Thursday, November 25, Sauti Sol apologized for the technical glitch faced by funs who are purchasing the tickets online stating that plans are underway to remedy remedy the hitch.

"Over 10,000 people tried to buy tickets in 5 minutes. The site crashed! Working to restore it!," Sauti Sol said in the tweet.

The December 12 Sol Fest festival will feature the boy's band, Bensoul and Nviiri The Storyteller in what Sol Generation, the record label owned by Sauti Sol, described as an inaugural Festival curated to showcase Kenya's best talent.
