Kenyan comedian turned activist Eric Omondi has clarified the statements made by his fiancée, Lynn Njiha saying she was the only baby mama he has.

Speaking to Radio Jambo, Omondi openly admitted that he is the biological father of media personality Jacque Maribe's son noting that he has two children.

He revealed that he and Maribe had discussed their son potentially living with him noting that he would soon talk with her to find an amicable way out for them to co-parent.

"Ni mtoto wangu, tulishaongea na Jacque na nitamchukua niishi na yeye. He is my son; I have two children. I will teach him, raise him, live with him; he is my child," Omondi declared.

Eric Omondi's only baby mama

This comes hot on the heels of Lynn confidently declaring that she was the only baby mama to Eric.

While answering questions from a previous Q&A on her Insta stories, the mother of one addressed the question of whether she believes she is Eric's sole baby mama,

Lynn responded with a chuckle, "No, I don't. He doesn't even know, he doesn't. I'm the only one. Mimi ndio niko," she said with a chuckle.

Asked whether there was the possibility of expanding their family, Lynn revealed that, at present, they have no immediate plans for another child.

"For now, mother of one, daddy of one period," Lynn declared.

Opening up about their significant 19-year age difference, Lynn brushed off concerns, embracing the idea that "love is love."

Omondi, Maribe parental feud

In June 2023, Maribe expressed frustration with Omondi for dragging their parental issues into his comedy.

"Nimechoka an hii ujinga. I've kept quiet for long. This liar called Eric should come correct and I come with receipts. I have resisted responding to this liar. He thinks parenting is part of his comedy. He lies about everything. Leave my name and my child out of your comedy Eric. I'm tired," Maribe declared.

She declared her weariness of participating in the ongoing discussion about paternity.

Maribe's response came after Omondi, speaking on Milele FM, requested a DNA test, asserting that he was anticipating his first child with his pregnant girlfriend.

The public dispute between Jacque Maribe and Eric Omondi regarding paternity has been ongoing since 2021 with both parties dragging each other online.

It began when Maribe accused the comedian of being a deadbeat dad.

Omondi countered by denying that he was the father of Maribe's son, insisting that he would not assume any parental responsibilities until she agreed to a paternity test.
