Kenyan comedian Oga Obinna has opened up about a past incident where a seemingly innocent photo with gospel singer Size 8 led to the demise of his relationship.
While speaking on his channel, the comedian shared this revelation during an interview with Size 8's husband DJ Mo giving an account of the humourous encounter.
The incident dates back to Oga Obinna's days as an intern at Q FM, where he had the opportunity to interact with various celebrities, including the popular gospel singer Size 8.
"Iyo time nilikua interniship Q FM and size 8 alikua amekam interview," Oga Obinna recalled.
He recounted how he, being a comedian known for his dramatic style, decided to take a playful photo with Size 8, where he was seen carrying her.
"At the time I was a comedian and I have to be dramatic, so we took a photo of me carrying size 8," he narrated.
Obinna went further to explain that the photo gained a lot of attention once he shared it on social media, and comments began pouring in.
"Nilianza kupata comments, anga 'you look good together, imagine it was an innocent photo but those online comments fueld a lot of drama with my girlfriend back at home," he went on.
He revealed that his girlfriend at the time was not pleased with the photo, and the situation escalated to the point where she was breaking things in the house.
Adding; "She demanded kujua if nilikua interested in Size 8. Vyombo zilivunjwa, nawasha TV anaizima, eventually nikatoka iyo nyumba juu ya Size 8".
"She kept on saying 'you look good together' na mimi namsho I'm a comedian it was just funny," he added.
"She cost me, I was beaten up and the next day I had a show, I went with cuts on my face," he added.
