Joy as Kapsabet Boys High School records 54 As in 2023 KCSE

Kapsabet Boys High School in Nandi once again has emerged as one of the top institutions in the recently announced Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examinations (KCSE) results.

In the results announced by Education Cabinet Secretary (CS) Ezekiel Machogu, 54 students from the school scored As of 83 and 84 points, while 147 students scored A-.

The school's principal Kipchumba Maiyo lauded the Class of 2023 for the impressive results after posting a mean of 10.2 and acknowledged that this year's cohort performed better than last year's.

"We thank God for these results, our students have done us proud. 54 students scored A plain, 147 A-'s and 122 students scored Bs," Kipchumba said.

The other 91 candidates who sat the exam scored; 42 (B-), 21(C+), 2(C)and the last student scored a C-.

Other schools that performed well in Nandi are Lelwak Boys who had a mean of 9.5.
