‘Ni dadangu’ -Fathermoh clarifies about relationship with Ssaru

Gengetone artiste Fathermoh has recently shed light on the type of relationship that he shares with fellow musician Sylvia SSaru.

Speaking to Eve Mungai, the 'Dai Dai' hitmaker has revealed that his relationship with Ssaru is purely platonic citing that he enjoys her vibrant nature.

The first rising gengetone start has dispensed the on-air rumours that he and Ssaru are involved romantically noting that he sees her as a sister and a friend who he has grown fond of.

"Me and SSaru tunakuanga free sana, she is fun to work with, ndo turecord 'Kaskie Vibaya', tulikua tumejibamba, yaani yeye si serious kama wasanii engine na nampenda juu ya iyo," he explained.

"Kitu watu wanassume, apana, watu huuliza mbona kila saa tuko pamoja, kila time anaenda live tuko pamoja, but si ivo vile watu wanaassume, Ssaru ni dadangu,"he added.

Fathermoh revealed that he is currently in a relationship, but not with Ssaru.

"Siyuko soko, siyuko soko," he said.

Fathermoh, Ssaru business partners

During a previous interview, amidst swirling entanglement rumours, Fathermoh candidly addressed the speculations, firmly stating that he and Ssaru share a close bond rooted in friendship and a strong business partnership.

"We've never been Ssaru place hakuna kazi. Time tulikuwa Tanzania we tuliingia live kila mtu akasema ooh mko pamoja. Tukiwa Mombasa tulikua kazi tukaingia live. All those assumptions mnafaa mreduce. Sisi tuko kazi," Fathermoh said.

"The only time we meet is when kuna job, hakuna time ya hizo vitu mnadhani. We are business partners," he added.

The dynamic duo has successfully collaborated on numerous hit tracks, with their most notable achievement being the chart-topping 'Kaskie Vibaya,' which has garnered an impressive total of 8.5 million views on YouTube.

Fathermoh on leaving Mbuzi Gang

In a recent interview, the musician shed light on his decision to strike out on his own in pursuit of personal recognition and independence within the music industry.

"Si ati nilianza career time nilitoka group, but nilitoka so I can grown my name and my career on my own," he said.

Fathermoh admitted that the initial phase of going solo proved challenging, as he grappled with concerns over potential backlash.

"Adi ndo niingie into ngoma yangu pekeangu, ilikaa along time, decision nilikua nishamake, but ilikaa along time, juu ya backlash mingi sana," he explained.
