Sarah Wairimu Kamotho, the wife of missing Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen, is set to be charged with murder on Thursday at the High Court in Nairobi.

She is currently detained alongside two others at the Milimani Law Courts basement cells.

The Director of Public Prosecutions has recommended they be charged with murder following completion of investigations by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.

Cohen was reported missing nearly two months ago and has not been found.

Sarah had been held for 12 days following an order from Kiambu court allowing police to detain her as they conducted the investigations into the husband's disappearance.
